Welcome to CalmUnity Yoga!
Our 8-week Fall session in the Kentlands starts on Sunday, September 9th. We invite you to register for one or more series of classes this Fall, or drop-in anytime. All levels - from beginners to advanced yogis - are welcome. All classes in the following Fall 2007 schedule are 1.25 hours long.

Geri | In addition to this regular class schedule, we have two workshops scheduled during the Fall session, on Saturday, September 22nd, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. and on Saturday, October 13th, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Each workshop will provide detailed instruction on a specific area of yoga, such as arm balancing, inversions, or pranayama.
We also offer private and semi-private yoga lessons in the comfort of your home.
